This recipe from Allrecipes Eagle Brand is very easy to make! For ingredients, you will need: 

  • 1 can of pumpkin (15 ounces)
  • 14 ounces of condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • ½  teaspoon of salt
  • 9 inch unbaked pie crust. 

First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 

Add all the ingredients (not the unbaked pie crust) and whisk until smooth. 

Pour mixture into the crust, then bake for 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 40 minutes. 

Insert a knife into the pie. If the knife comes out clean, then the pie is finished. If the knife is wet, then try baking for another 3 minutes and continue to check with the knife test. 

If you want to garnish, then you can garnish. 

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
