There are multiple delicious foods in Spain. Some of the foods include Sea urchin, Tapas, Paella Valenciana, and tortilla de papa. During my trip to Spain, I had the opportunity to try these foods. Here is some more information.
Sea urchin is generally fried or cooked and is served in the shell of the fish. Sea urchin is rich in protein and fiber and is a healthy and delicious meal. In many places across the world, not just in Spain, sea urchin is a prized meal and can cost up to hundreds of dollars in Japan. But the expenses for this fish in Spain are generally well priced.
Tapas is not a food, but more of a way of eating. Tapas is served late at night and most tapas restaurants don’t open until nine or ten o’clock. When you go to a restaurant, generally you only order one thing that you have for the whole night. But with tapas, you buy a few different small things. If you don’t like the food you have chosen, then you just go to the next restaurant. Tapas usually include fish, pork, and potato omelets.
The following food we will be discussing is Paella Valenciana. Paella Valenciana is made of rice, chicken, fish, sometimes rabbit and duck, lima beans, and green beans. This dish is cooked in olive oil and chicken broth and is seasoned with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings that are desired. Paella Valenciana is a heart-healthy dish with many vitamins. Paella Valenciana is an overall fine dish.
The final food I will list is tortilla de patata. Tortilla de patata is a potato omelet sometimes containing chicken and onions. Tortilla de patata is very tasty and is very filling. Tortilla de patata is often served with a side of some vegetables or a salad.
I hope you enjoyed my article and learned something new. I would definitely recommend all of these dishes. Have a great day!
