Congratulations to all Pace athletes on their contribution to the Pace athletic program! Here are highlights of the past semester for Pace Academy:

Denzel Franklin ‘14 – Verbally committed to Stanford University for football

Kameron Uter ‘14 – Verbally committed to Vanderbilt University for football

Jared Datoc ‘14 – Signed Letter of Intent to Georgia Tech for baseball

Raphael Ramirez ‘14 – Signed Letter of Intent to North Carolina State for baseball

Gwynnie LaMastra ‘14 – Committed to Johns Hopkins University for swimming

Kenny Selmon ‘14 – Committed to the University of North Carolina for track

Varsity Girls Cross Country – Won the Class A GHSA State Championship

Varsity Boys Cross Country – Placed seventh in the Class A GHSA State Championship.

Varsity Softball – Achieved a state playoff berth

Lane Dikeman ‘15 – 2013 All-Region 5A Squad in softball

Lauren Hadley ‘15 – 2013 All-Region 5A Squad, Region 5A Offensive Player of the Year in softball

Maryellen Malone ‘15 – 2013 All-Region 5A Squad in softball

Sarah Werner ‘16 – 2013 All-Region 5A Squad in softball

Varsity Volleyball – Achieved a state playoff berth

Water Polo – Placed 12th in state championship

Cooper Drose ‘15 – Water Polo All-Star Team

Ciara Sadaka ‘16 – Water Polo All-Star Team

Philip Werner ‘14 – Water Polo All-Star Team

John Morrison ‘14 – Named one of 21 national semifinalists for 2014 Chris Rubio Award for long snapping
